We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please email us and let us try to fix the situation. Please include all pertinent information about the item so that we can handle the matter in a prompt manner.
Package(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment and payment has cleared. All shipping costs will be included in the payment total. We use UPS for shipping unless otherwise stated. If you prefer another delivery process, please email us before payment of the item so that we can determine the cost difference. We can ship internationally, but the purchaser is responsible for any additional costs due to duties and taxes. IF it must be mailed internationally, please contact us BEFORE paying for the item Once a package has been shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number.
We will take returns. However, all shipping costs involved, going to and coming from the delivery address or any other address the item may currently be residing at, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the item was damaged in it’s first delivery, we will need pictures of the damage within 48 hours of the items delivery so that we can contact the delivery company for reimbursement and pickup.
If the item is returned damaged, not caused by the original delivery, the cost of repair or replacement of the item will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Once the undamaged item is returned to us, we will reimburse your original purchase price, minus any shipping cost, to the account the item was paid through.
We can not take any returns on custom work after the item design is approved and the order placed. We will send you a picture of your custom design before beginning any work on it for your approval. Once we have begun your custom order, we cannot take any return on it.
