We will take returns but all shipping costs involved, going to and from their residence or any other shipping address it was delivered to, will be the customer's responsibility. Also, if the item is returned to us with any damage, the cost of repairing or replacing the item will also be the responsibility of the customer. This applies unless the item was originally damaged during the first shipping to the customer. We will need picture proof within 48 hours of the items delivery so that we can contact the delivery company.
We can not take any returns on custom work after the item is approved. We will send you a picture of yourr custom item before mailing it to you. Once you approve it, we will not take a return on it.
Package(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment and payment has been cleared. We use USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Shipping is free unless stated in the item description. Shipping will be added to larger items and will be added to the cost of the item. We do ship internationally. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs due to duties and taxes.
Buyer will be notified of the tracking number once the item(s) have shipped.
